These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between cc66 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the User," or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through cc66.one and its associated subdomains.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the cc66 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access cc66.one.

cc66 conducts mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all registered accounts. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

If cc66 discovers at any time that a user does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in this section — including but not limited to age misrepresentation — the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all bets placed, and forfeit any winnings or bonuses associated with that account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the cc66 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your cc66 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your cc66 login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying cc66 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Account sharing — allowing another person to access, operate, or place bets using your cc66 account — is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be shared may be suspended without prior notice.

cc66 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on the cc66 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits displayed in your account cashier at the time of the transaction. These limits may be adjusted by cc66 at any time without prior notice.

Key conditions governing deposits and withdrawals include:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your cc66 balance.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically under five (5) minutes for e-wallets and up to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification status.
• cc66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts that have not completed full KYC verification.
• Deposits made for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities, and the associated account will be permanently closed.

cc66 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside the control of cc66.

cc66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus conditions applicable to all cc66 promotions:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible account, household, IP address, or device, unless otherwise stated.

• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to cc66 support immediately. cc66 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus amounts.

All games available on the cc66 platform — including live baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, slot games, bingo rooms, and Monster Mine — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems that comply with applicable gaming standards.

By participating in any game on cc66, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance, and past results do not influence future outcomes.
• The house edge applicable to each game is disclosed in the game's information panel and represents the statistical advantage held by the platform over time.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. cc66 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets, except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, cc66 will resolve the affected round in accordance with its technical error policy. Bets affected by a verified technical error may be voided and stakes returned.
• Any attempt to use software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any cc66 game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cc66 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on cc66.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cc66 staff or other players through any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the cc66 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from cc66.one without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any cc66 content.
• Use the cc66 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the cc66 platform.

Any unauthorized use of cc66 intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cc66 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the cc66 platform or any of its services.

This limitation of liability applies to, but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where the user failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond cc66's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate game information, odds, or promotional details that were the result of a technical error.
• Any decision made by a player based on information obtained from the cc66 platform.

cc66's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cc66's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

cc66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the user or their payment provider.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account termination for a breach of these Terms, cc66 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, pending bonuses, and accumulated winnings in the account. Where termination is not the result of a user breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

You may close your cc66 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following the completion of any pending withdrawal requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

cc66 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who believe their rights have been violated may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint resolution procedures.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under Philippine law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

cc66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, cc66 will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on cc66.one.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the cc66 platform following the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended version of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cc66 platform and contact our support team to close your account.
